We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order is placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request before the item ships.

We take every precaution to ensure your watch is shipped safely and securely. However, if your watch arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package. We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

Oxera watches come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. Please refer to the warranty card included with your purchase for full details.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the watch within 30 days of receiving it. The watch must be in new, unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team, and we will guide you through the process.
